1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the dowinn platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the dowinn platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all users of dowinn, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses any part of the dowinn website or mobile platform. dowinn reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use dowinn, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR's licensing conditions. dowinn strictly enforces this age restriction.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing dowinn from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of dowinn, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with dowinn or any PAGCOR-regulated operator.

dowinn reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active dowinn account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. If dowinn identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dowinn login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. dowinn will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify dowinn immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

In compliance with PAGCOR's anti-money laundering and player protection requirements, dowinn may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures at any time. This may include submission of a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

dowinn accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). dowinn does not charge currency conversion fees on PHP transactions.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit on dowinn is ₱500. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and account verification level. dowinn reserves the right to modify transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. dowinn aims to process approved withdrawals promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required verification checks. dowinn reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

4.4 Prohibited Transactions

You must not use dowinn for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity. All funds deposited into your dowinn account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by dowinn are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless wagering requirements have been met.
• dowinn reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Players who open multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times will have all accounts suspended and all bonuses forfeited.
• Bonus eligibility may be subject to minimum deposit requirements, game restrictions, and time limits.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the dowinn platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer streams that are independently audited for fairness and integrity. The rules of each game are displayed within the game interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

In the event of a technical mal function or system error during gameplay, dowinn reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the relevant stakes to the player's account. dowinn's decision in such matters is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dowinn platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Using the platform for any money laundering or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing dowinn from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8. Responsible Gaming

dowinn is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We provide the following tools and resources to help players maintain control of their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the dowinn platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements, is the exclusive property of dowinn or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the dowinn platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the dowinn platform without prior written consent from dowinn.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, dowinn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

dowinn's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. dowinn does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

The dowinn platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for continuous uptime, dowinn does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11. Privacy & Data

dowinn collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using dowinn, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. dowinn complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

12. Amendments

dowinn reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, dowinn will provide reasonable notice via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of dowinn following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to dowinn's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to PAGCOR-regulated gaming activities, players may also escalate concerns to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation through its official regulatory channels.
